Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES 

Sea Moss Gel is shipped frozen and insulated. 

Customers can expect all orders to be processed within 1-2 business days of their order being received by us. All orders are processed Monday - Thursday.  

Orders received after 2:00 PM EST Monday - Wednesday are processed the following business day, which may add an additional day to the processing time.  

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.   

SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES 

All products are professionally packaged and shipped via USPS or DHL. 

Typical delivery time frame is 2-3 Business Days. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Transit times are determined by the shipping speed selected by the customer during checkout. Transit time is the time it takes for the product to be received after it leaves our facility. This should be added on top of the order processing time.    

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:   

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email once your order has shipped. This confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active for tracking within 24 hours of receipt. 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY:   

We offer international shipping on Raw Sea Moss Products ONLY.   

 Rates displayed on our website are in US Dollars. For rate conversions we recommend using a currency converter.  

Ki Blessings International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, vats, etc.).
