CLEAN/SOAK: Rinse a handful of sea moss well and put in a glass bowl with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 12 to 24 hours in spring water with limes (optional). During the soaking process change the water a minimum of 1 to 2 times.

DRAIN/RINSE/BLEND: Remove sea moss from water then place in blender with just enough spring water to cover the sea moss and blend equal parts Sea Moss and half parts water, on high, until smooth. (Note: add water as necessary)

STORE: Your sea moss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, desserts and even face masks! Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 2 to 3 weeks weeks.
